I am a new Sales Supervisor with very little sales experience. I'm in the business of selling home phone services, along with additional affiliates. I am looking for some killer transitional statements to really get my customers' attention! Could you give me a few examples?
And what do you have to say about representatives that are constantly coming up with excuses about not being able to meet/exceed their sales goal? What more could I do to motivate them?

                   Thanks in Advance

I'm a real estate agent who really want to learn a system like this one that can help me how to become an effective salesperson; that's why I purshased the book. My question is If I don't have a success story of my own , can I cite someone's else in my company or industry?
