One of his passions is 1-on-1 coaching with executives and managers. In all, G.A. is on the road at least 40 weeks a year transferring his knowledge and enthusiasm to executives, managers and sales people around the world.

Prior to R3, G.A. was an executive at Nordstrom, one of the nation’s leading sales and customer service organizations. He ran a highly profitable sales organization that delivered the unique “Nordstrom experience” to its clientele. In addition, G.A. has a strong financial services background and carries his Series 6, 63, Life and Health Insurance and Real Estate licenses.
G.A. lives in San Diego with his wife Kelly, their three children Alicia, Carly and Jack, and three rescued greyhounds.
Paul is currently co-founder at Meatball Obsession, a popular and rapidly growing specialty food chain based in New York City.
Paul Bartick is also president of Bartick Consulting Group, focused primarily on developing customized sales and customer service training materials and methodologies for clients. The audiences for these programs include sales and customer service people, managers, and executives, and range in size from 15 – 15,000.
He has created content for hundreds of multi-day programs for clients including Bank of America, the NBA, New York City Host Committee for the Republican National Convention, Morgan Stanley, MSN, DirecTV and Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Paul has published dozens of articles on implementing the Bullet Selling process in online periodicals and different company newsletters.
Previously, Paul was the President of PB & J Creative, a production company specializing in educational media. He was the producer/writer of dozens of television series and specials. His work has aired on PBS, ABC, CBS, in national syndication, and has won numerous awards including the Emmy, Japan Prize, and Parent’s Choice Award. Paul continues to use his expertise in media and production with OutSell clients.
Paul earned his BA at UC Berkeley and his MA at Columbia University. He currently lives in South Orange, NJ with his wife Shelley and two children, Kate and Max.
